Please call 01538 385503 to reserve your requested treatments, and lunch if you so wish. To maintain the highest standards of client care, our Spa welcoming team will ask for a contact address and relevant information when making your first booking. A 50% deposit is required when reserving full and half day Spa Experiences, Sheer Bliss and treatments over £50.
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the commencement of Spa or Beauty treatments. This will allow you to benefit from the tranquillity of the relaxation area and enjoy a complimentary drink at leisure. Fully equipped changing rooms, with private cabinets, are available for your comfort.
Please bring your swimwear with you, together with flip-flops if you so wish, for the Hydrotherapy and the Spa wet areas. Gowns are provided. Clients need to be over 16 years old to use these facilities.
We request that for your own comfort, and for others, mobile phones are switched off on arrival. The Reception team will be pleased to take urgent messages for you where required.
All treatment times at The Retreat are inclusive of consultation and after care advice. We would also recommend that you allow extra time after your treatments to rest and enjoy the surroundings. We ask you to understand that, in the event of an emergency, we will contact you if your treatments need to be re-allocated to a different hair or beauty specialist.
We all love little children and babies at The Retreat. However, and due to safety issues and our tranquil environment, we regret that the Spa and Beauty treatment areas are totally unsuitable for young children and are therefore off limits. We do, however, warmly welcome little people to all areas on the ground floor, ie The Hair Studio, Jester Bistro etc. Thank you for your understanding.
